- Kick-off Meeting - Discussing who you are as a company, evaluating current positioning, agreeing on clear understanding of goals and objectives
- Creative Brief - A summary outlining the scope of work, establishing common vision of position, objectives and deliverables
- Concept Presentation - Several design directions are presented to be evaluated, one selected together for refinement
- Design Approval - Final look, feel and content approved for implementation
- Production - Management and delivery with highest attention to detail
